Once Upon a Time...
During 2020, a significant life-altering year for many people, an important realization dawned on me.
. . . I hated the life I had created for myself.
I felt drained and unhappy in a majority of my relationships. I felt I was pouring my entire being into my connections, yet there was always this “off” feeling. I felt disconnected, unseen, unheard, not valued, and not enough.
I questioned my whole reality and I was terrified but I desperately desired change. I told myself it's okay, you know you don't have to force yourself to live like this right? I chose to prioritize my feelings and trust the voice I had buried for far too long. I finally decided, my voice matters.
I took a leap of faith and I said YES to myself.
And for once it might be grand, to have someone understand. . .
I want so much more than they've got planned.

My Journey
My life quickly started changing when I started listening to myself, my inner voice, when making decisions and choosing experiences that aligned with my values.
While going through divorce, reducing my work hours, becoming a hermit and letting go of misaligned relationships - I invested A LOT of money, time, and energy in private coaching, group masterminds, and various programs to help me heal on a deeper level, expand my knowledge, connect with magic, and to transform my life.
My Life Now
I’m really passionate about helping other misfits who feel they don’t belong, who mold themselves to "fit in" and make others happy, and who have trouble trusting themselves.
I’ve combined my nursing experience with the holistic tools I’ve learned during my healing journey to support you in loving and respecting yourself on a deeper level.
My passion is to help you live a heart-led life full of meaningful relationships, where you confidently trust yourself, feel empowered and guilt-free from making aligned choices, feel supported and freer expressing your truth, where you feel truly seen and valued for the unique soul you are.
