“Prior to working with Bre, I was faced with the stressors of having my second daughter leave for college and also questioning the decision of leaving my full-time job from being burnt out. Working with her expanded my exposure to different techniques such as guided imagery and mindfulness breathing to help alleviate my anxiety and worries.
Her tone and tempo was appropriate and was very comfortable and confident in leading the exercises. Bre’s warm and approachable demeanor made our sessions enjoyable and easier for me to be transparent with her. I appreciated her non-judgmental style and providing me space to express any concerns that I had with life in general. I highly recommend Bre to anyone who needs motivation and guidance in life. Many will surely benefit not only from her skills and nursing background but also with genuine demeanor.”

“From the moment the sessions began, Bre was able to create a professional and safe environment for me to share areas of my life that were impacting my wellbeing, starting a new job. Before I began working with Bre I struggled with anxiety; she was able to help me take a step back and create realistic goals to help me reduce my anxiety. She was able to notice things I was doing unknowingly, like negative self-talk, which really helped get me in a better headspace. I appreciated how she checked in with me outside of the sessions in a way that felt encouraging. What I have taken away most from our sessions is how to approach life’s changes and stress in a way that is less overwhelming. I feel like I gained tools to help improve my wellbeing and live the life I want.”

"So today I had my coaching session with Bre, and I didn’t know what to expect at first. As so soon as we met online, she was very warm and kind and made me feel at ease. When the session began, I felt relaxed and allowed myself to be part of it fully. Bre went through the guidelines of the session first which made me feel safe and I knew that it was a safe confidential place for me to open in.
The session allowed me to process some of the emotional triggers I was going through and Bre provided for me some practical tools that I can apply to my life. Which were very helpful, and I loved the fact that she provided notes and a summary of the session in an email for me, something which I can always look back over. Thank for the session Bre it was amazing. "

“Before my first session of coaching, I never knew to what extent how low my self esteem was. It was apparent just from the first few minutes how little I thought of myself. I knew there were things holding me back from truly being happy with my life. It wasn’t until I started coaching that what was holding me back was myself.
Through coaching, I was able to look inward at what I wanted to achieve and what I needed to do to have the life I wanted. Truly, to gain confidence and love myself. Even just gaining insight on my low self esteem alone, allowed me that self awareness to know what I needed to work on. The tools given to me through coaching have made such a positive impact on my daily life. I think the biggest achievement is improving my self talk. I’ve learned so much to be much kinder and gentler to myself. That I am good enough and doing the best I can. And most importantly, there’s so much to love about myself.
I would recommend this to anyone having a hard time loving themselves, have low self esteem, people who are hard on themselves, and anyone who struggles with negative self talk. The uncomfortable journey is so worth it to achieve happiness.”

“Bre has been absolutely amazing to work with! She has helped me with so many things including connecting more with my thoughts and feelings. She has helped me find a passion for movement meditation (which I didn’t know existed), find ME time, and by helping me with a career change.
Bre asked questions that allowed me to realize what I want to truly make me happy. She was always very attentive and assertive. She helped me realize I wasn’t happy in my current work situation. She helped me connect more with my thoughts and feelings, and helped me with affirmations to empower myself to go after my dreams. She helped me with interview questions and helped me realize that I am worth it and to ask my new employer for the money I deserve.
I would highly recommend Bre since she has helped me tremendously in such a short time. She has a gift, a way of asking questions to make you think, and to help you follow your dreams.”

"Working with Coach Bre was great! I’ll be honest, when I started working with Bre, I didn’t think that I “needed” a life coach; but welcomed the opportunity. I felt that way as I was in a place in my life where I was successful from a societal standpoint, but still felt empty/wasn’t happy and wasn’t really sure why.
Through working with Bre, I’ve come to realize certain aspects of my life that weren’t healthy that I didn’t recognize before and be more authentic with myself. Bre empathetically provided a safe and comfortable atmosphere for me to open up (something I’m not good at) and showed me a path forward. After taking some of those steps, I’ve been able to exit a company, change jobs to a fulfilling new career path, and remove some toxic relationships that were draining my energy. I still have a long ways to go, but I can say that I’m now in a better place and I am happier than before. I have more clarity around what needs to be done, and overall feel more “in charge” of my life.
I would definitely recommend talking with Bre, even if the world tells you “you’re good” and on paper you have everything together. The truth is always grey, and knowing those blind spots sooner than later can help you as you navigate this thing we call life."
"The main thing that I took away from our session is my newfound openness to using social media to promote myself and my work. In the coaching session we explored my resistance to using social media, and it was useful to express myself and have my thoughts being reflected back to me. I feel the resistance was stemming from my own beliefs of fb not being effective or not reaching enough people. Also, my fear of not being accepted and rejected had been adding to the resistance. So overall becoming aware of the resistance and the reasons for it have helped me to overcome it. Now, I feel more excited about creating content for social media and I already have different ideas in my head for it.
Another revelation for me was talking how it is important for me to speak to my family to clarify the past and create an opportunity to talk things through with them. Also, this is something that I was not admitting or was just brushing off as something not very important. Although it is not anything I need to do urgently I feel that I was good to have a safe space where I could admit that.
I felt Bre was very good at asking leading questions. The questions really helped to clarify my thoughts and dig deeper. I did feel the questions being almost exposing of my thoughts and beliefs, and perhaps also demonstrating where I am at conflict with myself. Overall, I found the style of the session explorative, clarifying, and helpful."

“Prior to starting mindfulness practices with Bre, I was going through a difficult life transition and move. I had recently broken up with a partner and moved into a small school bus in a new city. I have had practice with mindfulness meditations and was already incorporating them into my daily living and wasn’t expecting to learn as much as I did from Bre. She taught me new techniques including tapping and visualization, that I hadn’t heard of before, and helped me connect, accept, and love my higher self in order to gain valuable insight to guide my life in the most authentic way. She was able to fill my being with light again to help heal, improve stress/anxiety, and radiate peacefulness.
I enjoyed working with Bre as she always showed up 100%. She was able to practice the activities just by intuition and feeling. It was very easy to find time to schedule together. It was also nice having a partner that was going through similar life changes to be able to incorporate techniques that will most benefit our lives in that moment. The benefits from these sessions together are priceless and endless. Through practicing with Bre, I have been able to heal, decrease stress/anxiety levels, lead my life with a present clearer head to be able to make the best decisions that align with my being. I am able to be more present during life experiences and fully experience all it has to offer.
Through this process I have gained insights from my higher being and connected with my higher being to provide more love and acceptance. I learned new techniques such as tapping and visualizations that I will take with me forever and share with future clients."

"Prior to starting my 1:1 coaching with Cosmic Siren (Bre) I had recently gone through a coding bootcamp program and was in the middle of a major career transition. In the time since graduating my program and before starting my coaching sessions I was struggling to complete my portfolio project that I wished to present to employers when applying for jobs. Since graduating the program I’ve been working a part-time job while simultaneously trying to put together my portfolio project as well as make time for self-care, personal hobbies and spending time with friends and family. As someone who has always been very independent and capable of self-sustaining myself, this major career transition was exciting but also scary in the sense that it was the first time in my life I felt financially unstable and lacked confidence in my ability to take care of myself. I had always thought of myself as being someone who could not only manage my own responsibilities and take care of myself with ease, but also be a great help and inspiration to those around me such as friends and family struggling with the same problems.
While completing my portfolio project and getting hired as a developer has been my top priority, I also had goals in terms of side hobbies and re-connecting with family/friends that I wanted to pick back up, which had been put on the backburner since going through my rigorous coding bootcamp program. Unfortunately, I struggled to manage my time and balance my priorities between finding a job and achieving my various personal goals which I saw as equally important to helping me feel happy and fulfilled with who I was as an individual. This is where Bre’s coaching came into play and was instrumental in helping me take concrete progressive steps towards the many goals I wanted to achieve.
Through the coaching sessions I was able to identify more clearly barriers holding me back from making progress, gaining insights that showed just how overly critical I was of myself, thus provoking self-limiting beliefs and false assumptions of certain expectations that I thought my friends and family had about me. I have learned throughout my coaching experience that I need to be more compassionate towards myself in feeling my feelings and not let my thoughts or expectations I think others have of me affect my self-worth or keep me from going after my goals and doing what I know in my heart would make me happy. Through the coaching Bre would ask powerful questions to make me think about how to go about tackling these issues and as a result I was able to come up with a few affirmations to combat those self-limiting beliefs to think more kindly towards myself. Another helpful insight was coming to the realization that I need more of a structured schedule to stay on track and achieve my goals. By simply writing down my goals and creating a weekly checklist I was able to manage my time more efficiently and make large strides in taking concrete steps towards my many goals.
Bre’s coaching allowed me to develop personal methods to keep myself accountable as well as ways to ensure I stay self-disciplined in prioritizing my goals, specifically regarding my portfolio project which I’ve now finished and currently in the process of applying for developer jobs! While I continue making progress towards my various other goals previously put on the backburner, the tools I’ve learned during the coaching sessions – affirmations that empower and motivate myself, setting and writing down my intentions for the week, being proactive with my schedule to set aside time for self-care/hobbies - have become invaluable and will continue to be my support pillars in achieving those goals most aligned with my heart.
For anyone that has ideas of goals they’d like to achieve but feels stuck or unsure on what is holding them back, I can’t emphasize enough the positive impact Bre’s coaching has had on me in overcoming those barriers and highly encourage anyone with similar struggles to give coaching a shot. Not only will Bre give you tools to help tackle those barriers, but you’ll also gain valuable insight about oneself while learning how to shift your mindset from “I don’t know if I can do that” to “I can do that no problem!” and through actionable steps turn your heart’s dreams into a reality."

“Working with Bre has truly improved my everyday life. Before working with Bre I felt stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed almost every day. I was not in control of my emotions and felt lost as to my next career move. She helped me identify my biggest barriers and then gave me tools to continue to improve.
I now wake up every day feeling a sense of control and direction. I will use the tools I learned during our sessions for the rest of my life. I am excited to see how much more progress happens in the next few months.
Bre is spiritual, kind, and a great listener. She was quickly able to decipher what I needed most out of each session. She would email me session recaps which included attachments of resources. This was extremely helpful because I didn't feel overwhelmed trying to look them up on my own and could get right to work. I felt comfortable opening up and exploring my spiritual side which included my first Reiki session. Bre explained step-by-step how it would work and then set up a comfortable environment. I was nervous at first, but quickly felt my mind and body relax. I felt more centered and a sense of peace after. I can't wait for another session and try for a deeper meditative state.
I would recommend Bre to anyone who is interested in personal growth. Whether that be emotional, spiritual, or career oriented - she has you covered!”

“Before I started coaching with Bre, I had taken a three-year leave of absence from work to concentrate on my health, eventually resigning. During this time I had been contemplating a new career but had been paralyzed by fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, and fear of the unknown. I was also overwhelmed with the whole prospect of job hunting: job searching, upskilling, resume writing, cover letters, networking, interviewing, and negotiating salary. But honestly, I just did not feel good enough to find a new a job or career and I was exhausted thinking about all the things I would have to do to become good enough.
Thankfully, through coaching, Bre was able to help me see that I was good enough as I was. Through thought provoking questions, having me commit to next steps, providing guidance, being willing to hold me accountable, and always having me reflect and identify insights, I was able to finally take steps towards finding a new job or career. With positive encouragement, relaxation techniques, ideas on how to reframe my negative thinking to a positive supposition by using “What if” statements, and encouraging me to prepare for interviews by drafting responses to anticipated questions, Bre truly gave me courage and immensely increased my confidence.
In years past, in every interview I had, I was a nervous wreck, unable to speak much, got cotton mouth and literally froze. However, after working with Bre, not only did I submit two job applications with updated resumes and cover letters, I landed two interviews, and was more engaged, talkative, and relaxed than I had ever been before. That was a miracle, and surprisingly, I was given a contingent offer from one of those interviews. Coaching has impacted my life in a positive way by helping to me to identify my strengths, increasing my confidence, encouraging me to act, and making me feel like a future with a new job or career is possible. This has improved my overall mood and attitude, given me belief in myself and I have physical energy I haven’t had in years.
I had a great experience working with Bre. I appreciated scheduling our dates and times in advance so I knew how much time I had between sessions to achieve my goals or next steps. Her positive attitude, nice smile and light hearted nature made the sessions feel safe and relaxing. I was impressed that she was able to provide eye contact and active listening and somehow recap our sessions in a nicely detailed email afterwards. I never even saw her taking notes. Anyway, I definitely appreciated the fact that I knew she would be discreet and it was okay to reveal as much as I wanted about myself. What I liked most was the attentiveness to my needs during the sessions and the positive energy and hope I left each session with.
A major benefit of our coaching was I was motivated enough and felt supported enough to begin the job search process, including writing resumes, crafting cover letters, sending thank you notes and doing interviews. A surprising achievement was I successfully completed two interviews with more confidence than I have had in years. I now know how to prepare for interviews by drafting responses to anticipated questions. I now know how to change my negative thinking to positive supposition, using “What if” statements for the opposite way of thinking. An unexpected result was I was given a contingent offer.
Overall, as a result of coaching, I feel I am good enough as I am and not only am I focused on letting employers know that, I am focused on finding employers good enough for me. With the core values activity, I learned a lot about myself and my likes and dislikes. I will continue to review and update my responses in this activity until I really get to the nitty gritty of my highest priority core values. It was interesting making connections about past unhappiness and activities that went against my core beliefs. I see the core values activities as an ongoing, life-long process. By honing in on core beliefs and corresponding activities that make me happy, I hope to spend more time with things aligned to my core values and will be using block scheduling, that she introduced me to, so I can monitor how much time I spend and do not spend on my core values.
A very surprising insight I have come to through this process is, at least for the past three to ten years, I have just been existing. I have been struggling with things and not really knowing why. I think I have been living for what others’ need or what I am supposed to do, by society’s standards, and not living for what I want or what I need, by my own standards or core values. I guess I never gave it much thought or never made connections between the things that made me happy and the time I allotted to those things and the things that made me unhappy and the time I allotted to those. I never thought to simply increase the time spent on the things I enjoy and decrease the things I do not.
I would recommend coaching to anyone who just needs to have someone listen to them, to anyone who wants to feel seen or heard, to anyone who would benefit from talking with someone who allows space to talk and space to think, and can also ask reflective questions, leading to aha moments and valuable insight. I would also recommend coaching to anyone who needs an accountability partner, someone to encourage you and someone who has ideas, suggestions and/or activities that will help you advance your life forward.”

"It was a really impactful session with Breanna, who took the time to listen carefully to my life issues, including traumas and dilemmas which I was working through at the time. Breanna often mirrored back to me what I was saying and I truly felt heard, seen and understood; then from what was discussed in the session she helped me come up with some goals in relation to my YouTube channel and the content I have been creating. I also met my own shadow and stumbling blocks within the session which I feel in some way included fear of failure and fear of shame or being shamed, also not completely believing in myself and my content and in a subconscious sort of way, working against myself.
I set some goals with respect to joining new trauma groups on social media where I could introduce myself and post and OWN my content. As opposed to being partly ashamed of something I put so much love, time and effort into. I also set a goal for creating and solidifying an intro and outro for my videos to build the trust and confidence of my audience and step into a new energy as I forge my path as a Healer/YouTuber.."
Within 24 hours of the session I had joined some new trauma support groups and posted content and also created a new intro and outro for my videos which I shared with Breanna who kindly gave me some thoughtful feedback. Well not exactly new (intro/outros) as they are my first ones for this venture. Now over 30 videos in I have a nice introduction which I am proud of and gives my audience a feel for my channel which will hopefully increase my Subscribers - helping me reach a wider audience. I'm really happy with my outro, too as it directs my viewers to my comments section where they can find additional resources and my PayPal donation link. I'm now owning my creation and I have jumped over, or more appropriately, smashed through some hurdles with help of Breanna.
My channel and my videos look and feel much better now thanks to the help of Bre, who was professional and empathic and held a safe space for me to work through my stuff. I am very grateful for the session which was longer than planned; I have even created a new YouTube banner and have really added some magic to my thumbnails.
I highly recommend a session with Breanna // Cosmic Siren if you would like to receive some healing energy and motivation for your life/passion projects."
